Service Spectrum
Accessibility only works when analysis, implementation, and knowledge transfer go hand in hand. Our service portfolio therefore covers the entire lifecycle — from the initial assessment to sustainable integration into your development processes. And we're upfront about it: sometimes a targeted analysis sprint is enough. Sometimes more is needed. We'll figure that out together.
Analysis, Testing & Evaluation
The starting point of every accessibility project is a thorough baseline assessment — not a snapshot taken with automated tools, but a complete review by people who know what matters. We test for conformance with WCAG 2.1, BITV 2.0, and EN 301 549, combining automated scans with manual keyboard and screen reader tests (NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver, TalkBack), and review key user journeys end to end.
For teams that want to keep accessibility under control long-term, we integrate automated accessibility tests directly into the CI/CD pipeline — so issues are caught before they go live.
Consulting & Strategy
Based on the analysis, we work with you to develop a realistic roadmap — prioritized by impact, aligned with your resources and legal requirements. We support you in drafting accessibility statements, evaluating tools and technologies, and designing procurement processes with accessibility in mind.
Development & Implementation
Accessibility is built in the code — not in the audit report. Our developers implement accessibility requirements directly into clean, semantically correct frontends: using modern web technologies, common frameworks, and mobile applications. This includes accessible component libraries, robust ARIA concepts for dynamic applications, optimized keyboard navigation, and appropriate use of live regions. Going forward, we also plan to offer accessible form design and PDF documents in accordance with PDF/UA-2 (ISO 14289-2).
Training & Enablement
Sustainable accessibility doesn't come from one-off fixes — it comes from teams that understand it and can implement it independently. We plan to offer practical training and workshops for developers, designers, and product owners: project-specific, hands-on, working directly with your own code, and with concrete materials to take away.
On request, we can also support the development of an internal accessibility knowledge network (train-the-trainer) as well as regular office hours for your teams.
Documentation & Processes
Good accessibility work leaves a paper trail. We produce the documentation your team and external auditors need: accessibility statements, WCAG reports, editorial guidelines, QA checklists, and component library documentation. This anchors knowledge within the organization — and keeps it from being dependent on any one person.
From Proposal to Outcome
Behind these services lies a proven, modular process — from the initial assessment through implementation to support during audit preparation. Anyone who wants a sense of how an accessibility project works with us, and what deliverables are produced in each phase, can find an overview in the description of our Accessibility Process.
We're happy to take a look at where you currently stand and give you a clear picture of what that means.
